Like I said below. 255 is too small of a tire for a 10" wide rim.

Also, strange that swapping side-to-side at the rear caused the idiot light to go off. I wouldn't think that would cause any problems as its the same wheels and tires. Usually the light comes on because of low pressure in a tire or difference in tire diameter (like due to wear).
