Ah.. The Internets.
Well, I bought mine for the performance AS WELL AS the gadgets and the comfort, having never before owned a performance vehicle.
My problem with driving it is simple..
"Elsa" does not know how to go slow. I think I'm going 45 but I would swear it says 65. I'm used to cars that do the opposite. Naturally, this is A Very Good Thing(tm) but it's an adjustment.
I have observed that "Elsa" knows how to go from 65 to 130 before I know what hit me. (metaphorically speaking - haven't hit anything yet)
It has also been observed that the faster it goes, the better it handles and the smoother it rides. It actually seems to reach its smoothest performance at its highest speed. Again, the opposite of what I'm used to. I'm beginning to think that for a car made in America, it sure isn't designed for American roads.
MOST OF ALL, though, I am never certain about what the performance envelope is. For example, how fast *CAN* I take that curve? Switching lanes at high speeds is TRIVIAL, but I'm not comfortable really pushing it yet.
Should I take a class? (is there such a thing?) I fell like I need some training.
