Hey, thank you all. Mine is a 2004 4.4i. I don't see any fluid out of spec messages, just 4x4 dsc inactive. If it's really the actuator, any chance you guys know the part number to look up on realoem and see if its on ebay? (bought my GM3 brand new in the antistatic wrapping off of ebay for 140$)

Off to another round at the mechanic i guess! Should this be something critical? I'm in Montreal and we will be getting snow next month.
