Grimace, The bags leaking would be why it is dropping/sagging. And when the system has a leak the pump has to be run a lot more often than normal and the relay that powers the pump gets burnt contacts which causes the inactive message.

You need to confirm the leaking airbags, fix that then change out the relay...
