Watch, once the bill gets passed, the suburban trains in Ile de France will grind to a halt because everyone jumps in front of one, it happened a year ago when France Telecom was privatized and all the fonctionnaires all had to actually work for their money as opposed to sleeping on the job and having protections out the wazoo.
