Well here's what I decided. I'm getting all new parts from auto zone rotors, pads, senser, hardware for $167 with discount, for the friont. That I can stand and I can do the work... I just didn't want to. Inde mechanic wanted $475 which isn't the end of the world but, It's an expense... so it looks like I'm getting the cover alls on this weekend.

It sounds like replacing the rotors is the best way to go.
