I think it's obvious that I'm a big BMW customer, and I've never owned an Audi, but I'm sure that Audi could come up with a situation where the Q5 works and the X3 doesn't.

Regardless of the capabilities, BMW is playing with the costs by advertising a low base price, but by the time you add all the same options as its competitors it's much more expensive.
