Sorry to disappoint you,but I think you've got a rebuilt one installed.
Is your X 3.0 or 4.4 which year?
Man worked on my tranny said fluid is good for 80.000 kms or roughly 45.000 miles I think.
My X is 4.4 '00 and it's got a ZF gear box and it's perfectly serviceable unit.

If your is fine and feels like new,why bothering yourself,just drive you truck,and you better drive it hard enough,plenty of guys here have original boxes for hundreds of thousands of miles with out problems.
