Any body knows the engine oil capacity for '08 3.0si engine? Some sources say it's 6.5 liters while another says 7.5. The manual doesn't state.

I'm not sure what kind of oil filter BMW uses as an OEM, so I tried searching for a synthetic oil filter but nothing for the X5.

Same with the engine air filter. Tried searching for a synthetic fiber air filter but to no avail.
