Check the bottom of page 32 of the Accessory catalog for 2005.

It also says that you can't get Bluetooth with Assist, so not everything in the '05 catalog is correct. As far as I know, BMW still isn't offering a solution for the pre-2003's, and the retrofit kits from AA are about the only real solution that gives you total OEM integration.
