It'll kill you and V to know that a friend of mine's wife bought a used-one-time Steinway concert grand after it was used at an international piano competition. I believe it was $65,000. It has been and continues to be covered and used as a place to store accumulated incoming mail. Seriously. I'm not even sure she knows how to play.
