Start pushing for a transmission replacement now. They're so expensive and it sounds like you have serious issues. You are driving the "ultimate driving machine". If it's anything less than ultimate, why the hell wouldn't it be covered with CPO? Unfortunately, shops seem to love to be assholes when it comes to major repairs. In these situatons, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Do not tolerate a shitty transmission, when you have warranty. That's what it's for. You could even try a different dealer in town, or a neighbor town. Don't give up. Some firm complaining now, WILL save you thousands later.
