Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has installed one of these head unit/dvd/tv/ipod/nav player combo in their non nav E53.

ETO Car DVD Stereo Radio GPS Sat Nav BMW X5 E39 E53 M5 (eBay item 280594410523 end time 25-Dec-10 18:17:19 AEDST) : Cars, Bikes, Boats

Seems like a great alternative, all specs seem to be pretty good! dont know if there are any compatability issues tho. eg steering wheel controls or bad experiences with these units. any help would be great.

thanks heaps
Eddii
