Front right side drive shaft

Hi all, new member here, need some help. Mines a 01 4.4. Lately there's been a bad rumbly wheel bearing type noise coming from the front right. I changed the wheelbearing, no better. Replaced the front tyres. No better. Replaced the bearing and housing that bolts onto the right side of the sump that allows the shaft thru it. No better. Can anyone tell me is that bearing, the one bolted to right of sump lubricated by oil or grease? Also if I buy a new right hand half shaft does it include the section that runs thru the sump or is it all one piece anyway? I now think the inner right cv is the problem.. Just hope it's not the front diff.. Thanks in advance..
