Just to throw the piece of info out there as some people don't know this, BMW can not fix anything under warranty that the customer did not complain about unless it is a safety related problem. (this is how all just about warranties work) So if you are there for an oil change and they see an oil leak, if you are under factory warranty they can't do anything about it unless you tell them "I have an oil leak". The exception to this is on older models like the E53, E46 etc that use the inspection I checklist, anything that is checked on the checklist can be done under warranty without problems usually.
