Tech, Nav, ipod packages

The in dash CD player no longer shows up- it will physically load a CD, but you cannot select this and play it.

The CD/DVD changer in the glove box loads CDs, and you can play them- but they are all "Unknown Artist".

Also you cannot copy any to the cars' hard drive.

Any ideas? Need to take it in, but rather have an idea to tell them what to look at.
