I recently had my transmission replaced w/ a rebuilt a few months ago. It came with a 12 month warranty (parts and labor). It's been 6 months now and no problems.

Not sure if you will be replacing the tranny yourself or from an Indy - But, just make sure to use OEM filters. I had some issues with the X making "whining noises" when accelerating, till I found out from this site that it could be the filter.
