To be honest, I don't know how much my strut bar helps as I had the Dinan S2 upgrade done right after I bought my X5 - I do know it is the most solid safe vehicle I've driven - I've taken posted 55mph turns at 90-100mph and never felt any sway or lean while keeping in my lane - It's gotta help
