I have a "sport package" and 19" rims....so the sport doesn't mean you will get soft 20" rubber.
A large problem is BMW allows a lot of 'toe in' on their alignment specs...so people are driving around with alignments that BMW says "its fine" yet it is at the outer limits on toe and kills tire wear.
I have an M5 with PS2s and they can go fast...but not as fast as the PS2s on the rear of the 996TT!! 10k on that, 18k on the M5...and 23k on the X5 and likely to get 30-32k
Buy the right tires, align it right, AND ROTATE FRONT TO REAR!
Skip the maintenance plan- it is a sucker play. DO NOT have a dealer service the car (yes warranty, no wmaintennace service)
You can add a BMW extended warranty if the original warranty is within 45 months and 45k miles.
DO NOT REPLY on the CPO to protect your purchase- have an independent PPI done.
