Make sure you know why they want to see it. Might be for their own valuation. The dealer that a buyback is performed through has the option of retaining the vehicle to sell on their own. Or BMWNA sends it to auction. If the dealer wants it, they get it at a subsidized cost through BMWNA. They may want to see it just to get that part of the equation figured out, to see things like damage, smoker etc.
