So, apparently this was, in fact, a vehicle valuation to assess BMWNA's financial cost on the buyback. However, now they are saying there is a mileage usage fee that will be assessed on the buyback that I will be liable for. I have never heard of this. Per my conversation with BMWNA, this is a provision that allows BMWNA to "recoup" some of the cost of the vehicle buy back and varies from state to state. Any ideas on what I am looking at here?
