So, valuation was done today. Everything finally appears to be on course for a buyback. Only glitch may be this mileage usage charge. They are wanting to charge me $3200 for the almost 16000 miles I have driven the care (well 14500 minus the miles they used). I think this is unreasonable. I know I am getting a new car from them, but I am getting a new car only because the one I have has a problem that can't be diagnosed or fixed. That is a problem inherit with the vehicle, not done because of my use of the vehicle. I have declined to pay it. So, we shall see what the final decision is on Monday.

For what its worth, they are charging me $.20 per mile driven. Same as any overage fee. I have a 15000 per year lease, and at 13 months am at 16300 minus the 1400 they drove. Am I being unreasonable?
