Yes they are. There is supposed to be some presure when closing the gate. I adjusted mine in the summer and now that it is cold out, the rattles came back with a vengance. I will make time tonight to fix them; Merry Christmas Honey, your car is now rattle free
. I will also take a look at the centre latch, thank you very much for that bit of information.
Will changing the rubber seals around the door help enough to justify the cost? I condition them with zymol seal conditioner, is that enough?
