You'd be surprised. Check your wheels. If there is snow jammed inside the rims, it causes them to be out of balance--thus the vibration.

Same happened to me. Just heat up the wheels and let that snow melt out of there

Edit, here's a picture to show u what I'm talking about. It's probably less severe in your case
