I just picked up a 2002 4.4 with the nav system. I'm not sure what the means as far as what audio system I have. There's no sub in the back like I've seen some have. I read something about DSP, I'm not sure if I have that or how to tell.

I was playing with the settings and noticed that when I fade/balance to the corners, there's some issues. The passenger side is fine in the front and rear, but the drivers side has very little/no bass in the front or rear. The front has a little, but it sounds bad. The rear has none at all. I'm not sure if there are seperate tweeters and woofers? The highs sound fine all around, so I'm kinda confused, as I haven't torn the door panels off to check things out to see what kind of setup I have or how it's wired.

So is this as simple as a speaker replacement? Are there any places I can find affordable OEM speakers, or any comparable aftermarket speakers? Not looking to spend a fortune, I'm not that picky. Just want factory quality sound restored.


While were on the topic, what solutions are there for installing a sub in the back, since it appears mine did not come with one? Is this something easily installed, with pre-existing wiring?
