My 'huh?' on the Christian lead in, made me wonder if lil'Tuck actually had any Christian values, as in avoiding judgment, wishing a person dead, etc.
I still agree that Carlson can say any damn thing he chooses to, and any of us can ignore what he, and his fellow talking heads say, most of the time...
Don't really care if more than a few agree with him; do that more than a few agree that Vick should have been executed, or?
Yes, I remember what Vick 'did'.
I didn't get to hold one of the dogs. I have petted a nice steer or two, a few pigs, several chickens, etc. before they got off'd, but I guess that's different, as we eat them here, though I have had dog in Korea a few times.
RE: "But he should have done a lot more than two years and he never should have been allowed to play in the NFL again. Just as anyone who commits a DUI death should (IMO) also do serious jail time and never be allowed to drive again."
How much time in prison should he have done, in your opinion? And, how much time in prison should a convicted DUI driver do, that killed a fellow human being? My orig point was that Vick did a couple years of non-country club jail time...often, DUI drivers that maim or kill, get very little incarceration. That was my point.
I hope you get a feel for this discussion, and again, I am not looking for an arm wrestle. Emotions get in the way, when it comes to dogs, death by DUI, etc.
