I'd have to scope out a location. Somewhere with a lot of parking spots, but somewhere safe at the same time and I prefer, near South West Houston :p

I don't like driving on the tollway just to go to a car meet and wasting a billion dollars on a road I can't stretch my legs on (go faster than 130mph).
