@autoque...BMW must have finally realized that this is too "fussy". I had this exact menu in my 2007 & 2008 X5s. My 2011 X5, does not have these settings in iDrive. What's there now, is very streamlined, and basically an iDrive version of that little plastic adjustable, thumb wheel (blue to red settings) that is on almost every BMW (including the new 5 and 7 Series). So far, the HVAC, especially the AUTO, in my 2011 runs leaps and bounds around my last 2 X5s!
