Hi Weasel,
I was wondering if dealer would have any way to track down the shudder cause? It's driving me nuts already.
I had the fluid flush and it's 3/4 BMW recommended LT 71141,but it shudders yet,and lately the point is less speed related if not the engine revs I would say.
I read that some tranny bumps, lurches are simply caused by spark plugs and not tranny related things..
I am planning to bring it to the dealer,is it worth it? 'cause apparently there're no codes.

I'm sure there may be some way around that, but it would take someone knowing how to work around that... which I don't. (I've never had a reason to really)

And it also depends on the year, engine, transmission model used basically as the later trannys have the module built into the valve body inside the transmission.

The member that knows the most about non-standard programming is killcrap. Who is also a dealer tech and has much more knowledge and experience with non-standard programming techniques, custom encoding and vehicle order modifications.
