Oh yes. The manual is DEFINITELY written in "Germlish."
I have to say, sometimes the way they get things wrong actually helps you to understand it better, or at least the INTENT of the function / feature / etc.
(sorry - wish I had an example in front of me)
I read the manual several times while waiting for delivery. It's really a lot to take in, and you probably won't remember it well until you get your hands on it.
But yes - definitely - READ IT. Yes, ALMOST everything I've seen mentioned here is in the manual.
I don't think the "if you have the rear wiper on and you're in reverse it stays on instead of going intermittent" is in there, though. And I don't remember the deal about holding the "main" overhead light button for three seconds to turn them all off until you hit it again is, either. But I'd have to go look. And it's cold in the garage. :O
