He had many more issues than the one listed. It was a 4 year old Toshiba laptop. 700Mhz PII, 384Mb memory and only a 10Gb HD. He basically outgrew it. I convinced him that it was time to replace it. After all, he only had ~450Mb of free space left on his HD.
