Mine was a 1961 MGA...It was my Dad's first car. He gave it to me as an early high school graduation gift when I was a junior since he was going to be on a 1.5yr deployment for the Navy.
Wish I still had the car now. It was totaled after a very large Pontiac hit me on the left and forced the front of the car into the asphault about 2 inches deep and 2 ft long....sending me and a bud to the hospital.
It was definitely a beautiful car! It was replaced by a Triumph TR250; an odd car but fun!
