I don't care what Cadillac says, they still look cheap inside and out when compared to a BMW and especially to a Merc E63!!!! It can be fast as hell, a la Vet, but if it looks and feels cheap... What the hell is the point. Another think I don't like about Caddy is that the average person will NEVER tell a regular CTS vs a V. At least BMW and Merc look the part.
