Simple logic will tell you that OS updates allows a device to do more than it did before.

Even the best devices (Windows PCS) if that's your thing, when they first come out and as they progress in development don't do everything people want them to do and OS updates can provide additional needed functions.

So the answer to your statement is true. "By that logic, ANY device that has its OS upgraded is now deemed worthwhile would be correct. For those who needed the new features that the OS update provided then it indeed would be worthwhile and even worth buying.

But to help you better understand it's use why not check out post #201. I'm sure Owen Cain's family can tell you what it's worth.

I can sympathize with your feelings though. Where we differ is that while I have no need for Windows PC hardware and it's OS upgrades I understand that others may have that need and consider it worthwhile. so I don't bother arguing about the pros and cons of their needs no matter how many upgrades they've needed or will need. I just respect their need to make the decision regarding what is or isn't worthwhile. And of course I don't require them to explain their need.....
