There are far more vendors than I can possibly know or have an opinion on. I can evaluate warranty and non-detection claims by various vendors. I haven't got any experience with the validity of the hp claims by various vendors, only what I read. My dyno days were way back.
I think Dinan is reputable, and I put some value to their warranty. I also think they are expensive. If I wasn't buying Dinan from my dealer, I wouldn't put so much value to them, because I wouldn't want to deal with two different dealers who could split the liability in the event of a claim. I put Dinan in their own category.
I think BMS is honest about what they are doing. For those that want hp for low $$, they seem to have a following, and they are honest about their warranty. I put them in the honest and cheap category. You get what you pay for.
I think the Procede is a more elegant solution than the BMS products. I think it has more engineering in it, and a better approach to things like safeties. That costs more money, for around the same hp. I think it is worth paying for more engineering and features. I also think that Shiv, while talented, can be quite blunt. How is that for beating around the bush? I put them in the honest and more expensive category.
Who else do you want to discuss? How about if we put all of eBay in the shyster category, until proven otherwise?
