No I dont use Dimsport, the interfaces I sell are different to that also. For myself I use a CMD for reading and writing it has worked best for me for everyday use especially with bench flashing.
Yes I agree anyone these days can become a BMW remapping flasher but still I hope you do agree that off the shelf tunes do not perform as well as custom tunes as they cannot push the maps as much when they are basically a one for all. I do rate them though and with a company like Dimsport behind you are sure to get well set up maps from them and good support.
