Suspension creeking/clunking/crunching, possibly because of wheels?

So I went from the 17 inch "chick" wheels to the 20'' style 87's. I don't know why, but I didn't immediately go to a place to get it aligned and balanced. I did have it balanced later on, but it was about a month or two after I put the bigger wheels on. The front makes a clunking crunching noise when I go over bumps, and when I turn the wheel a lot, as if parking or maneuvering around slowly, it seems to make a horrid noise, as if somethings being crunched, or pulled maybe. Now I notice that when I go over speed bumps, my rear wheels are making a noise, but I believe it may be more suspension related because it seems like a compression rubbing noise that would come from in the springs.

I cant remember if it happened before or after, i just know its much more noticeable now. At first I was convinced it was the sway end links, or possibly the thrust rod bushings, but now I feel like it could be something more.
My question is, would this all be cause by the bigger wheels messing up the arrangement of suspension parts? Could this possibly be a bigger issue, like tie rod ends? Theres no real issues driving at high speeds, 80-100 mph still very smooth, I don't feel worried in the least.

Any input would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
