In Canada comfort seats are not suppose to be available, it's not in the standard ordering menu.

But it's doable, if one makes there case to the dealer and BMW Canada headquarters and be persistent and not take no for an answer.

I did that last April, spent a month back and forth with them in order to get the comfort seats.
