No.

Almost every company in the world uses a 10.x.x.x ip scheme internally and only has a handful of "real" non 10.x.x.x addresses.

This has nothing to do with XP, I was just using Vista and Win7 as an example. OSX, Solaris, Linux, they all suppot ipv6, as do any routers manufactured in the last 5-10 years. And if they don't support it, an IOS upgrade should take care of it.

Are there exceptions? Sure. But I wouldn't expect an windfall in betting on cisco stock because of it.
