Now I understand your situ...yes, I would push for the 'annual oil service' for low mileage drivers, (though some dlrs pass over or abstain from this), and brake fluid if it hasn't been done in past 2 years, and anything else you can suggest/push for. Maybe have them check brake pad thickness, though your mileage is low, but the constant stop and go in NY may have taken its toll on pads. Lean on them gently, with your 'list'.
