Indie Recommendations in Olympia/Tacoma/Seattle

Hey! I was wandering if anyone had any good indie mechanic recommendations in the Olympia/Tacoma/Seattle area. My X5 is at the Stealer right now having an ongoing issue with ride height figured out and they sent me their "Recommended Action Plan" which includes all sorts of new stuff they "found" that needs repaired. Surprising since they just replaced both front air shocks and didn't notice any of these issues 3 weeks ago when they did their multi-point inspection >.>

So long story short, this is what is on the list:
Replace Left Taillight Assembly (left taillight brake light dim) - $305.00 (I'm assuming for some reason the bulb cannot be replaced because that would be too easy?)
Replace Valve Cover Gasket (bank 1 gasket seeping) - $800.00
Replace Vacuum Pump (pump leaking oil) - $745.00
Replace Pressure Power Steering Hose (hose leaking) - $360.00
Replace Return Power Steering Hose (hose leaking) - $275.00
Replace left and right front outer halfshaft boots (boots cracked, not leaking) - $725.00
Replace Thrust Arm Bushing - $525.00
Perform Brake Fluid Flush - $125.00
Perform Coolant Flush Exchange Service (coolant diluted) - $150.00

Any idea how much of this is covered under my CPO? I think the power steering hoses are, according to the CPO brochure, but I'm not sure about the other stuff. From what I've found on this site it looks like the halfshaft boots and thrust arm bushings are not.

Thoughts or recommendations? Thanks all!
