What message was in that, "buy our Passat because it has a feature (remote start) that thousands of cars already had for many years and you can install an after-market one in just about every car currently being sold regardless of manufacturer"? They might've used the basic "bleep-bleep" sound and flashing headlights (when you lock/unlock the car) as well
