This week I received my 1500MB from EAS. Monday nite I installed the wiring/unit (there are several videos on youtube that make this job an easy DIY) and I couldn't be happier with the result.

The system looks OEM, as everything tucks away and intregrates into the vehicle, so no "aftermarket" look. I was also apprehesive about the BT mic system (how well it works) as I had read some posts that referred to "echo" or "tunnel" effect with the Dice mic. However, my friends tell me that the mic is so good they can't tell that I'm on hands-free.

Currently, the system is set that if I am getting an incoming call, I have to press a button and mode it into BT before I can go hands-free. Is there a setting which would automaticly switch the unit to BT mode when an incoming call comes in (just like the OEM systems)?

What a great way to upgrade/update an older X5, and at a very reasonable cost (compared to the OEM modules). Big thumbs up to this system. Your 5% forum discount is also greatly appreciated.
