1.) How much are the best NON-RFT's?

2.) If I blow up one RFT, can I replace that one with a NON-RFT while keeping all other RFT's?

3.) Can I just buy the $160 warranty certificate from discount tire even though I did not buy the tires from them? Has anyone used this option?
