Context is important too. Perhaps in Abu Dhabi or in Beverly Hills, the Hamaan and AC Schnitzer and G-Power are to be expected and allow one to fit into the tacky masses. But you drive one on the NJ Turnpike or on Route 80, it's synonymous with saying "Hello, my name is dipshit".
Consider your first two sentences. Now think ... JAGUAR.

BMW is being LEFT BEHIND in the looks department. Kia, Mazda, Ford, LandRover, Jaquar, Audi, etc - all of them are upping the anty on design ... while BMW still rolls out blend interiors and exteriors.

You wont find these in Berverly Hills, but you WILL find them all over Dubai, Morrocco, UK, etc. It is a European car modded by Euro modders ... and driven by Europeans after all. ACS is the tamest of the lot. G-Power is the most aggressive in look AND installation (flanging arches, drilling, cutting, etc). ACS looks good on the X6, but not so hot on the X5.
