These fit the following:

X5 3.0i (2001-06) Sports Activity Vehicle with M54 Engine (E53) 2
X5 4.4i (2000-03) Sports Activity Vehicle with M62 Engine (E53) 2
X5 4.6is (2001-03) Sports Activity Vehicle with M62 Engine (E53) 2

As well as a number of other BMWs. two are required per vehicle.
