Ok so I went in expecting ~$3-5k worth of work being needed, and I wasn't too far off monetary wise, but way more work than what I'd anticpiated. Took out $2650 worth of work today and the following was done, not sure if they want me publishing the pricing they gave it was such a good deal...
Inspection II (fluid and filter change, THOROUGH vehicle inspection)
Replaced 3 of the 4 power steering lines, leaking badly, thankfully caught before the pump was dry
Replaced Front Passenger Inner and Outer CV Boots
Replaced Front Driver Inner CV Boot
Replaced Rear Suspension Bushings
Replaced Front Passenger Thrust Arm Bushing
Reprogrammed (ECU?) to recognize the replacement cluster (who knew that's what that red dot next to the total mileage meant?)
Flashed Transmission software to latest (v17?) - the Lurch is GONE
TONS of miscellaneous stuff - missing body panel bolts, trunk storage hold-down nuts, adjusted front/rear bumper covers to get rid of massive panel gaps, helped find and mitigate a couple trunk area rattles
Still to be done (ran out of time today)-
SLOW leak at Trans plug seal (trans flush time

)
Front driver outer CV boot and Thrust Arm Bushing
Still to be done (will do myself)
Brakes, RPS all around, plus bleeding the system, my brake fluid is BLACK

- rotorpros.net anyone?
All said and done, I paid probably less than a third of what I would have paid at a BMW Dealership, and was treated like a valued customer! BMC definitely gets my recommendation for that!
