FWIW neither our (previous) 2007 X5, or our current 2008 and 2011 X5's creak. (Maybe it's my less-than-svelte physique holding the seat down - try eating more spaghetti and see if that fixes your problems!)

LOL Ha ha ha.
My 2007 E70 3.0si did NOT creak. My 2008 4.8i E70 creaked A LOT. My 2011 E70 does NOT creak at all. It seems hit and miss. I guess like battery issues!!
