I have an 06 X5 4.8is with Nav and 6 disk cd changer. Would the BMW IPod interface work with my X5? I spoke with my BMW dealer and they said that they think it will. I wanted to use it with the new iPhone 4 which has all my music from itunes. I don't want them to take my stereo/nav unit out and possibly risk damage to the unit if it will not work. Has anybody done such an installation?
