At night when lights are on; interior illumination (switches, etc.) and the dash lights are flashing/blinking like a strobe light. They do not as long as the dimmer is turned down. I have removed the light switch, still no change.

Any ideas?

Im sure its another $1,000 fix at stealer, it seems that is the starting default repair bill.
